Improving the production capacity in "NATURAL GARDEN" Ltd.

"NATURAL GARDEN" Ltd is a company that deals with snail farming, extraction and processing of extract of snails. This extract is added in our cosmetic products and that makes us unique. We carefully select the natural resources used in producing our cosmetics. At production are observed strict procedures and uncompromising quality control consistent with European requirements. Our cosmetic products are well known in the market under the trademark Revive Snails Extract®, and are undisputed hit of the Bulgarian market among the connoisseurs of high-quality cosmetics. Our goal is to be the preferred brand natural cosmetics not only on the Bulgarian market. And this is achieved with excellent quality and constant striving to expand the product range. Our products are developed by company specialists while maintaining our high standards through continuous research and development efforts to provide our customers with better and innovative products. The planned activities on the project are in the context of increasing product range, the increased demand for our products and the limited capacity of existing equipment. Due to insufficient technological capacity we are prevented from realizing our market potential both at home and out of the country. Planned project activities include improvement of production processes and implementation of new technologies for resource efficiency and effectiveness improvement, and will be realized through the delivery and commissioning of System for homogenization of cosmetic products with capacity of 50 l., Automatic machine for filling and closing of cream into plastic cans and glass jars, and Automatic machine for filling and closing of emulsions, gels, shampoos and other cosmetic products in laminated and copolymer tubes and in plastic vials. Envisaged are and appropriate measures for publicity and information according to the rules of Annex XII to Regulation (EU) № 1303/2013.
