Improving the production capacity in "STAR NAILS BULGARIA" Ltd.

"STAR NAILS-BULGARIA" Ltd. was founded in 1993 as a commercial structure. At the beginning the company's activities were predominantly in the trade of products for manicure and pedicure. In 2000 the company launched its own production, which is known on the market under the brand SNB, as assortment of brand today has more than 150 articles and continues to grow. In 2014 the company built its own factory in Plovdiv with over 1200 square meters building stock that meets the capacity and profile of the company. Typical for the company is that we do not seek to mass markets, we produce and sell natural professional beauty products for feet and hands and practically direct customers of the company are professionals working in beauty salons. Individual customers are people who have already used our products in beauty studios and purchase our products from there for home use. The planned project activities aim to expand the business of the existing factory and are in the context of constantly increasing interest in our products by consumers. Characteristic of our products is that they are produced both in the "standard" volume of packaging, and in small packaging of 15, 30 and 60 milliliters. These small packages create a feeling of uniqueness, and often this is indeed so. Moreover, they are extremely convenient for use, supports the process of implementing new products, as they can be used as samples. Exactly for this segment is the planned for the purchase equipment. Planned project activities include improvement of production processes and implementation of new technologies for resource efficiency and effectiveness improvement, and will be realized through the delivery and commissioning of industrial printer and homogenization system with capacity 10 liters. Also are envisaged and the appropriate measures for publicity and information according to the rules of Annex XII to Regulation (EU) № 1303/2013.
