TECHNIK PARTNER BG was founded in 2011 and currently carries out research in the field of studies and research models in the construction of prefabricated houses. The advantages which distinguish the company from its competitors in the national market is reflected in the applicant's experience in conducting thorough research and analysis in identifying workable solutions for the manufacture of technically complex to implement a software concepts. Given the rapidly growing sector in which a company operates, there is a need to expand the capacity to offer the market a complete development, installation and maintenance of specialized software applications that are characterized by high technological capabilities, automate and synchronize production and technological processes. The main challenge facing the company is related to the conduct of research and thorough examination of trends in contemporary research to build an innovative approach in designing houses that are based on accurate research and preliminary analyzes of the projected object, possible savings of resources , calculations of the ecological footprint, which one yet built infrastructure project will leave after the expiry of its useful life. Namely to overcome the limited production capacity target and activities in this investment project - the purchase and commissioning of software for production of modular prefabricated timber houses.
