Improving the Production Capacity of Devision OOD

The project proposal is aimed at receiving financial grant aid by Devision OOD (operating in the field of information technology and services, and Research and Development) for investments in tangible and intangible fixed assets related to the capacity expansion of an existing business site. The project main objectives are: Increase production capacity and Enhancement of export potential of the candidate. Regarding the Target groups, the project will be implemented in an existing business site of the company - in Montana (Northwestern Region), and the project includes activities for introduction of new technologies for improvement of the resources effectiveness and efficiency in the production process. The project proposal includes activities for improvement of production processes, activites for adding new features or for improvement of existing products or services and activities for introduction of new technologies for improvement of the resources effectiveness and efficiency in the production process, and the project will be implemented under the following CEA-2008 code – 62.01 "Computer Programming" (development of software systems), which is the additional economic activity of the applicant). The expected results of the project are: – double increase in production capacity for the services for developing software systems for the enterprise as a whole and in the business site in Montana; – improving the services for development of software systems; – increase in the sales revenue of the company by 42% in the medium term; – achieving a 32% share of exports in total revenue, as for the software systems development services 24%; – in the medium term to achieve 20,76% internal rate of return of the project; increase labour productivity by 21,73%; increase in the average revenue generated by exports by 25,16% and increase the efficiency of production costs by 17,03%.
