CQUEST RESEARCH AND CONSULTING LTD is a company founded in 2005 with main activity code J 63.11. The main directions of its activity are: programming polls research, statistical processing of survey data and creating graphs and visual materials based on survey data. In today's fast growing sector of services tied to data processing, visualization and reports on the data, the company needs to features that provide high-quality service at an affordable price and at short notice. Namely optimizing processes for providing services in the field of data processing and the expansion of technological capabilities play an essential role in implementing the development plans of the company. At present the company does not have the required software application that offers a complete solution with which to achieve a closing of the complete cycle from collection and processing of data. Use of separate types of software solutions for different stages of the work or the use of non-automated ways reduces capacity. At the same time the need arises use of external services and the lack of infrastructure software containing mandatory modules linked with the collection, processing and maintenance of various types of data. This project provides for an investment in specialized software for electronic questionnaires through which will be fully overcome the above limitations to the development of the company. This investment is a necessary condition for achieving the goals of the company, namely INTRODUCED innovative software solution built on a modular principle, to improve production processes. Given the combination in one of the modules necessary to achieve timely delivery of data from consumer research and will respond promptly to customer feedback and will ensure hundred per cent accuracy.
