Improving the Production Capacity of Netronix EOOD

The project proposal is aimed at receiving financial grant aid by Netronix EOOD (operating in the field of information technology and services) for investments in tangible and intangible fixed assets related to the capacity expansion of existing business sites of the company. The project main objectives are: Increase production capacity and Enhancement of export potential of the candidate. Regarding the Target groups, the project will be implemented in a thematic area "Informatics and ICT", in existing business sites of the company - in the town of Montana (Northwestern Region) and municipality of Kardzhali (South Central Region). The project proposal includes activities for improvement of production processes, activities for adding new features or for improvement of existing products or services and activities for introduction of new technologies for improvement of the resources effectiveness and efficiency in the production process, and the project will be implemented under the following code– 62.09 according to CEA-2008. The expected results of the project are: – improving the internet providing, hosting and cloud services of the company; – increase in production capacity for internet providing, hosting and cloud services by about 50%; – increase in the sales revenue of the company by 50% in the medium term; – starting exports and achieving a 22% share of exports in total revenue; – in the medium term to achieve 15,76% internal rate of return of the project; increase labour productivity by 20,86%; increase in the average revenue generated by exports by 27,96% and increase the efficiency of production costs by 26,11%.
