Under this project an office in the town of Vidin will be equipped with the necessary equipment and specialized software, which will be organized as a centre for IT services management centre. The project will contribute to optimization of the company production capacity for provision of IT services. The work with customers and data will be automated and centralized at one location. So far the requests for provision of services, maintenance, error notification and problems are obtained by phone, letter, e-mail, fax etc. Their processing, allocation and execution of the necesary activities was performed through various channels, not sufficiently organised and with a number of unnecessary operations and loss of time. The implementation of the project will deploy an information system, which includes all processes that cover customer relations. Each communication will be entered into the system and revewed by the responsible manager, who will allocate the tasks and will control the implementation. The experts will be able to see at one place all tasks assigned to them and to use knowledge data bases on the ways for realization of a given option and solving a given problem. Under the project the following technology and licenses will be purchased: 2 virtualizations servers, 2 uninterruptable power supply devices (UPS), 1 disk aray, 2 switches, 1 firewall, 1 rack, 1 air conditioner, 1 data base license and 2 licenses for server operational system. The technology and licenses will be used, so as to install on them the purchased information system for IT services management.
