Improving production capacity in Interconsult Bulgaria Ltd.

The essence of this project is increasing production capacity in Interconsult Bulgaria Ltd. by a technological laboratory for automation and optimization of production processes. It will provide a toolkit for increasing the labor productivity as it will create a realistic environment for software development. The lab will be able to generate quick solutions for automation of the company production processes and the processes of the others. It will be able to provide virtual simulations and demonstrations of various technologies and ideas by imitating conditions very closed to the actual. Different models will be tested in virtual environment and, accordingly, their application in practice. A high-tech hardware system will be purchased where a tool for automation and optimization of production processes will be implemented. It is a specialized software with unified portal interface that prototypes, generates and automates solutions for production process management, serves the specific features and requirements and it is flexible to changing conditions. The production processes caused by the specifics of each project can be modelled and implemented without the assistance of IT specialists. That will minimize the admission of human error in coding and documentation, the requirements will be understood easily, and the processes will be easily simulated. The laboratory will collect resources that could not be reached by the available computers or workstations, it will provide access to new tools and technologies, and it will minimize the used resources. The technological lab will be based on virtualization and cloud technologies. The result will be a significant reduction in cost and time for the provision of specific services, which in turn will significantly reduce the cost of the products and their quality will be improved radically.
