Increasing the capasity of services of Telesat Ltd

"Telesat" Ltd. is a telecommunication company established in 1995 in the Knezha city. The main company’s activity is to provide Internet and Cable TV services. Telesat provides its services in Northwestern Bulgaria in the cities of Knezha and Oryahovo and in the following villages: Archar, Brenitsa, Selanovtsi, Rakita and Karlukovo. Over the years, Telesat realized lots of activities and projects in order to renovate and upgrade its technical equipment. Telesat aims to improve the quality of its services and improve the clients demand. As a result of these activities, at the time, the speed of the provided Internet network reached up to 50Mb/s. Currently the network of "Telesat" Ltd. is offering 110 TV programs, of which 15 "HD". With the present project, "Telesat" Ltd. ETA aims as follows: 1) To expand the cable distribution networks by building them in villages where the company has not any coverage: Popitsa Tarnava, Tyrnak, Altimir, Malorad and Borovan, which shall expand the services capacity of the company and shall enhance broadband access coverage to more clients (individuals, households, etc.) in Northwestern Bulgaria. 2) Purchase of specialized software for ensuring Telemetry service (technical ability to collect and analyze telemetry data) for EU operators shall help company to increase its export potential. The software shall be installed on existing equipment in the company's office in the town of Knezha. The main activities to increase the capacity of services envisaged under current project are, as follows: 1. Activity to improve production processes; 2. Activity of introduction of new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process.
