CELTIS Ltd. is a company specialized in software development and provision of high quality services in the field of information technology. The company was established in 2012 as a relatively short period of its existence has managed to attract a significant number of customers, the majority of them are from foreign markets. The main clients of the company are the US, Italy, roared and others. This project proposal is in response to clearly identified needs that management of CELTIS Ltd. found in the realization of strategic goals of the company. In short, these needs are: - The need for technological modernization of production facilities; - The need to expand the range of products and services; - Need for increasing the efficiency of inputs per unit of output / service and thus achieve the rationalization of overheads. In view of the clearly identified needs and according to the requirements of this procedure for granting financial aid, the project is aimed at increasing production capacity and increase export positions CELTIS Ltd.The project includes the following eligible activities: 1. Activities to improve production processes; 2. Activities to diversify the range of products and services to enterprises; 3. Activities introducing new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process; With the successful implementation of these activities aimed at achieving sustainable development of the company in the long term and increase its competitiveness in international markets. Essentially, the project envisages investments in tangible and intangible assets that will be deployed in the production process of the company. It will achieve significant expansion of production capacity of the company and will increase the effectiveness and efficiency of work processes.
