The project proposal focuses on capacity improvement and extension of a company specialized in ICT- products and services and in offering of modern and high-tech colocation solutions and remote system monitoring. The company operates in a Data Center in the city of Montana. The project proposal directs the existing Data Center in Montana by measures for production process improvement, adding new production capacity and resources effectiveness and efficiency improvement. The company plans to put into operation 18 assets and 1 software application, which are going to contribute to the following effects: 1. Doubling the production capacity for ICT-services 2. Improvement of the production process through cutting of losses in the technological process 3. Improvement of the resources effectiveness and efficiency in the production process (used energy, operating expenses, labour productivity) 4. Increasing the market share of the company and building capacity for contracting with foreign clients These effects will lead to substantial improvement and extension of firm`s production capacity for offering hosting servises, colocation of ICT-equipment, building and operating Lan networks, building and operating business systems and video monitoring systems and and reaching high efficient activity for maximum economic impact.
