“WITMIND” Ltd. is operating in J62.09 “Miscellaneous activities in Information Technologies” and is specialized in providing IT solutions and services for video productions and television, software solutions, web development, cloud services. Currently the company has and operates with a small share in code J63.11 "Data processing, hosting and related activities" (IT solutions and services for video production and television). The investment, which "WITMIND" Ltd. aims to make is under business code J63.11 "Data processing, hosting and related activities." “WITMIND” Ltd. needs to address increased customer demand at the limitation of full capacity utilization of provided IT services, as well as to improve the quality and competitiveness of services, in order to expand its positions on the international markets. The company is using physically old and outdated assets (hardware and software systems), which is not efficient enough and lead to labor intensive services with high energy and material consumption, and unstable parameters of ICT services process. In order for these needs to be met, the project envisages the purchase of intangible asset, representing entirely new solution - a System for compex management of audiovisual content. The new system will increase capacity of services, improve export capabilities and will ensure precise process parameters, which will enhance resource efficiency and effectiveness in production process of current ICT services, and will decrease per unit cost of services. The expected results are: improving competitiveness and creating export potential, decreasing per unit service cost and increasing production capacity of ICT services. The project is directed to the following activities: improvement of production processfor current ICT services , as well as introduction of new technologies for enhanced resource efficiency and effectiveness in production process, related to the creation of new business union in the town of Vratsa.
