ENHANCEMENT OF PRODUCTION CAPACITY AND EXPORT POTENTIAL OF CIELA NORMA AD

Ciela Norma AD needs to set up a high-tech production center intended to facilitate the production of part of products currently released. The enterprise is challenged by the lack of sufficient production capacities adequate to meet market demand volumes. Currently, the enterprise has got two production facilities. The first facility – Ciela Norma AD printing house, is producing printed materials. The second facility – Ciela Norma AD office, is releasing 12 products of Legal Information Systems (LIS). The project idea of the company is to make initial investments into long-term tangible assets and intangible assets connected with setting up of a new production facility in the town of Pleven, where the production of three of the products (legal information systems) shall be transferred. These shall be Ciela Info, Ciela Euro and Ciela Law products (legal information system translated into English), which as the company believes have got the highest potential for market growth and to be launched at foreign markets because of the nature of their respective content. The basic objective of the project is to enhance production capacity and strengthen export potential of Ciela Norma AD through an initial investment into tangible and intangible assets for setting up a new business facility in the town of Pleven. The implementation of this project would result in increased production volumes, production cost reduction, improved quality of the products, reduced material stock and would alter the capacity of used equipment. The anticipated results would improve the competitiveness and market reach at the regional and intracommunity European market through implemented technologies for the improvement of production process of company products.
