Enhanced capacity for audio-visual productions at Supernova Media

A major constraint to the development of Supernova Media is the lack of sufficient capacity allowing us to grow in the highly competitive and technological market of audio-visual products. The equipment we have does not allow us to shoot a larger volume of productions and to meet the requirements of our customers for high quality. We have difficulties with sound recording on the field, as well as with the organization and realization of the shooting and postproduction process. Therefore the main objective of our project is aimed at improving the capacity of Supernova Media for the production of audio-visual products through investment in new high-tech equipment, addressing the described processes. The purchase of the new machines will improve the production process. We will improve the planning and performance of the main processes related to the production of audio-visual products. The efficiency and productivity in the company will increase enormously. The project implementation will contribute to significant improvement of our products quality. We will achieve the best quality of picture and sound recording on the field. The synchronization of sound and picture will be facilitated. The post-production process will also improve. We will improve resource effectiveness and efficiency in the production of audio-visual products through reduction of human resources and technological time per unit of product. We will stop the use of external drives and reduce the consumption of electricity per unit of product. As a result of the project implementation the shooting capacity of the company will increase by 200% and its edit capacity will rise by 25%. We will expand our activity and will increase our revenue from sales will by 65% in 3 years after project implementation. The new equipment will help us expand to new markets and will allow us to generate revenue from exports amounting of 11% ot total revenies for a period of three years after project implementation.
