"MDD Software"Ltd was established on 2011.Its main activity includes the development of software on customer's request,as well as consultations in software applications.The pearl among the company products is the web-based legal system Algorithm.Algorithm is an innovative software funded by the EU Operational Programme"Development of the Competitiveness of the Bulgarian Economy 2007-2013",under the procedure"Development of innovative start-ups by supporting the introduction of innovative products,processes and services.The ambition of"MDD Software"Ltd is to meet the current requirements of the lawyer-the software is portable,easy to use,with an extensive database,with the ability to organize professional commitments,with the ability to communicate with other users of"Algorithm"and last but not least have a vision that pleasure.As a result,the company identified the need to create a new product(separate module)"e-file"through which it will significantly reduce the time required to consult the various registers,most of them which are paid and require registration or an electronic signature. The idea for the project"Electronic dossier"is coming from the market conditions where there is a need to establish a product which can create an Electronic dossier at the best advantage and competitive price and for a short period of time related to some kind of particular person(legal,physical,unpersonal)within the web-based legal system Algorithm.The project"Electronic dossier"envisages the creation of the following new characteristics:data from the Commercial Register;Data from the BULSTAT register;Register of media coverage.The project envisages increasing the export potential of the company in neighboring countries,by introducing a new characteristic Electronic dossier,within the existing legal system Algorithm.The expected results of the project are:to increase market share of the company,to create new jobs,to increase competitiveness and to strengthen the export potential.
