Improving the production capacity of Traffic Systems Ltd.

„Traffic Systems” EOOD is a company registered in Sofia in September 2011 and its main activity is developing innovative software solutions in the field of transport. Among the main clients of the company are companies having medium and large vehicle fleets (forwarders, courier companies, distributors etc.), municipalities and other organizations. The main objective of the solutions offered by the company is to optimize the costs for the clients for their vehicle fleets, to provide operational and analytical reports for the management staff which are as detailed and flexible as possible, and also to provide the most stable and secure access to the system from anywhere in the world at any time of the day. This project proposal is aimed at solving the main limitation to the future development of the company, namely the lack of a ticketing system module in a developed innovative product in a previous project under Operational Program Competitiveness (contract № System for Pre-selection of Contractors-02-13/02.08.2012). In the last two years projects for the modernization of urban transport have been implemented in six large municipalities. The basic problem before the company concerning the implementation of these projects and the realization of sales of its innovative product was the lack of the module already mentioned above. The aim of this project proposal is that the company should cope with the limitation to its development by buying the automated ticketing system module, whereby expanding its portfolio of products and services, its competitiveness, production capacity and its revenues from sales. This is a system which provides a wide range of innovative services for the clients who regularly use the public urban transport and is the single drawback of the largest and most important product offered by the company, namely the Traffic system for passenger information in public urban transport.
