The project proposal is targeted at improving the production process and resource efficiency, and effectiveness in "Ivo Petrov - Architects" Ltd. through the purchase of Software for energy efficient modeling - 25 pcs, Integrated server system - 1 pc. and Workstations - 8 pcs. The described assets will be located in the company's office in Pleven, where the main activity of the company is located. With the realization of the investment, the company will increase its production capacity for energy efficiency modeling by 30% - from the current 70 services/year (2014) to 91 services/year (2019). The abovementioned will bring significant competitive and financial advantages. The company expects to reach turnover of more than 2 700 thousand BGN (2019), while revenues from foreign contractors will exceed 208 thousand BGN average for the years 2017-2019. With the implementation of the investment project, the company will introduce new technologies in the production process, which will improve resource efficiency and effectiveness. The expected quantities of disposed waste per unit of output will be reduced by 30.92% (from 6.37 kg/service to 4.40 kg/service). The investment project is profitable from a financial point of view, because the internal rate of return of the project exceeds 18%.
