Production capacity improvement in Navtech Group EOOD

The current project proposal is aimed at purchase and commissioning of 1 server for computing input-output operations, 1 server for computing and backup operations, 1 time management software for mobile applications and 1 cost management software for mobile applications. Serious problems in the production process and ability of the applicant to offer software products and services related to limited capacity, production costs efficiency, quality of products and services, and resource efficiency, caused mainly by the lack of advanced hardware and software technology, will be overcome by purchasing and maintaining the new assets. The new assets will contribute to the work of the existing ones and will grant opportunity for improvement of the software products and services offered by Navtech Group by using part of the functionalities via mobile applications. In addition, the capacity for offering these products and services will be sufficiently increased as a result of the improvement of the processes, quality of the offered services will be increased in terms of reliability and non-interruption of work and the investment itself will provide opportunity for the candidate to open a new business facility in Pleven which will lead to increase in the productivity and production costs efficiency. All of the above will inevitably lead to increase in the production capacity with more than 15%, increase in the average generated export revenues based on the investment with more than 25% due to the availability for provision of services to foreign clients as well as increase in the production costs efficiency with more than 16% due to resource efficiency improvement and reduction of production costs. As a result of the project implementation the candidate will increase its production capacity for provision of services with more than 20 times.
