The current project proposal is aimed at improving the production capacity by improving the production process and the production resource efficiency and effectiveness. Software for unified and improved processing and distribution of audio and graphic files and metadata associated with them – 1 will be purchased for achieving the described aims. Speed up and unification of generation, conversion and distribution of distribution packages consisting of music, graphic files, ring tones and metadata will be achieved by the software as well as automatization and increase of the capacity of the processing and conversion of copyright metadata and intellectual property. Improvement of the production process will be achieved also by automatization of the process for tracking the distribution of the distribution packages and copyrights. In addition, the software will eliminate the need of maintaining an archive of already processed and transmitted audio and graphic files. As a result 605 pcs. CD will be saved or 0.0098 tons polycarbonate. The result will be increase in the productivity with more than 15%, increase in the average generated export revenues as a result of the current investment with more than 330% as well as increase in the production costs efficiency with more than 16% due to efficiency improvement. The project is implemented in the area of "ICT and Informatics" priority area "ICT approaches in creative industries" and in the area of "New technologies in creative and recreational industries" priority area "Creative Industries" from the Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialization.
