"Modernization and improvement of production capacity, technologies and process management used by THETA-CONSULT Ltd. for radiation control of environmental objects and introducing new technologies".

Delivery of technical means for introduction of two new methods for field measurements and express determination of radioactive contamination of the environmental by mobile gamma spectrometry using the “in-situ” method and for visualization of gamma sources. Delivery of necessary hardware, software and methodologies for improving the knowledge base and management processes. Qualitative new expansion of the volume and possibilities of the radioecological monitoring, performed by Theta-Consult, in accordance with the requirements of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Euratom directives and leading international practices in this field. Possessing such equipment and knowledge, we can prepare and apply for membership in the global network of Analytical Laboratories for the Measurement of Environmental Radioactivity ALMERA. Membership in such organizations is an ambition, long-term strategic goal for the company. This will not only increase the authority and competitiveness of Theta-Consult, but it will also have extremely favorable impact over the image of Bulgaria in these high-tech fields. The project implementation will be done in Kozloduy, where the company has a production base for more than 15 years, with 8 persons currently working there, living in the town of Kozloduy and the area. The project will help us expand the knowledge base production capacity of our base in Kozloduy with innovative equipment for “in-situ” and visualization, with additional modern equipment for sampling and preparations of terrains subject to control, with necessary methodologies, software and hardware.
