"New smart software solutions to enhance the competitiveness of ICT Solutions" Ltd.

ICT Solutions is a dynamically developing company specialized in the development of complex software solutions and providing subsequent support and maintenance. This sector is highly dynamic and depends on top technologies, and even the slightest lag in the software solutions offered would be disastrous for each company in the sector. This makes it necessary to constantly improve the existing technologies and solutions in production, to offer innovative developments and services and aim to achieve the best ratio between functionality, productivity, short production deadlines and end prices. This project proposal aims to address this particular challenge by envisaging the purchase of adaptive analytical software to process large data volumes with machine self-education, which will lead to the following results: -increasing the capacity for software development by 62% - increasing the capacity for providing software and hardware maintenance services by 18% -shortening the technological time needed to develop high-tech software products by 47% -expanding the software portfolio by creating an Integrated Analysis System, Control and Navigation of a Vehicle Network -optimizing the process of service provision for hardware and software maintenance in the country -improving the current software products by integrating means for intelligent decision making -improving the resource efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s activity -entering new high-tech export markets -strengthening market positions in the country and the image of a reliable supplier of high-tech solutions. In view of the positive effects described above, this project proposal will be the main instrument to ensure the company’s sustainable development on the Bulgarian and international markets.
