Improving the Production Capacity of Best Partners Ltd

The project proposal is aimed at receiving financial grant aid by Best Partners Ltd for investments in tangible and intangible fixed assets related to the capacity expansion of existing business site. Main objectives: The project aims at achieving the following two main objectives: - Increase production capacity and - Enhancement of export potential of the candidate. Target groups: the project will be implemented in a technological field “Mechatronics and Clean Technologies”, implemented in business site - in Montana (Northwestern Region), and besides, the project includes activities for introduction of new technologies for improvement of the resources effectiveness and efficiency in the production process. The expected results of the project are: - Improving the competitiveness and market presence of the company; - Expansion of production capacity by around 75%; - Increase market share nationwide from 0.1% to 0.5% - Reducing production costs (raw materials and external services) - wastage by 50%; - Growth in revenues from sales of the company by 75% in the medium term; - Increasing exports and achieving a 39% share of exports in total revenues; - Reducing energy usage per unit of service by 40-50%; - Reduce the emission of harmful gases into the environment up to 90% - IRR of the project 15.28%; - Increase labor productivity by 19.70%; - Increase in the average revenue generated by exports and 25.13 percent - Increasing the efficiency of production costs by 16.20%.
