In recent years, the IT sector in Bulgaria has significant growth amid the global economic crisis. "Signs" Ltd. offers specialized consulting services in the IT sector - marketing strategies, business plans, analysis and more.The extensive work with companies from the sector, allowed the company to make its own, internal marketing analysis of possible niches to occupy in the IT market. This analysis showed that services such as transmission and data traffic are among the most popular and most marketable, while requiring minimum initial investments for the sector with a good return rate. Based on the survey data, the company directed its further development towards activities to occupy those niches and plans to begin providing services for data transmission and storage by creating a new business facility in the town of Montana, which is strategically located in the international traffic of Internet and data services. There are cross international communication routes, making it an attractive destination for investment and business development. "Signs" Ltd. plans to build a specific hardware infrastructure for data transmission and storage to enable new services. The company has made preliminary investments in a facility, power connection, part of the needed equipment, but does not have all the necessary hardware for data transmission and storage. In this regard, the company needs to purchase specialized server for monitoring, analyzing and storing of traffic data - 1 pc. and specialized network switch - 1 pc., which will enable the company to offer new services - data storage and data traffic with high quality and speed. This will allow the company to enter a new industry, creating new business facility and offering two new services to market, increase its market share, revenues and product range.
