Improving the production capacity and export of “Ina System Bulgaria” Ltd

Ina System Bulgaria Ltd. is engaged in installation, maintenance and optimization of IT and logistics systems. The company provides IT and logistic services (electronic conveyor systems and production management) as an intermediary between producers and customers of textile products tolling. Selected direction and pattern of work provide stable position in the national and international market. In their quest of economic efficiency and competitiveness of the company, the management focuses on regular investments to maintain and improve the level of performance and quality. This project proposal aims to increase the production capacity and exports potential. Having observed the specific activities of the company, the investment is focused at creating new working model (automated warehouse) for database and optimization of the customer’s logistic service. The investment aims at: 1. Increasing the volume and quality of services; 2. Optimization of the working process; 3. Expanding distribution channels and market presence of national and international markets; 4. Support for internationalization development of the business in Bulgaria – mediation of communication and work between Bulgarian SMEs and foreign contractors; 5. Increasing resource efficiency and efficacy of the company. The project implementation is associated with the introduction of automated conveyor for electronic information management and distribution. It will help a specific storage to be designed that provides electronic services according to the needs of producers and the relationship with their customers. The investment should take place within 18 months and for the purpose will be revealed new business facility in the city of Plovdiv.
