TechnoLogica Ltd is a leading Bulgarian software company that develops complex actvities in the field of IT since 1990: implementation of information systems, software development, consultancy services, and specialized training. The company has offices in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, and Burgas in Bulgaria, as well as in the Republic of Macedonia and Serbia with its team numbering more than 200 specialists in different areas including experts with highest levels of certification - PMI Project Management Professional Oracle Master among others. TechnoLogica Ltd is involved in targeted innovative activities - it utilizes, adapts, and improves new information technology and creates technological tools. The company's product portfolio includes a number of software tools for business process management with the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) HeRMeS being the leading business line. Global dynamic growth of IT and continued innovation in software development impose regular investments aimed at improving production processes, capacity for the supply of products and services, and the export potential of companies in order to maintain their competitive advantage on a national and international level. This current project is the next evolutionary step of the candidate and provides for the purchase of new high-quality software and hardware equipment. Its successful implementation will help the company increase its production capacity , improve quality, and optimize production processes. The option for grant financing of part of the implementation cost is a key factor in starting the project and a guarantee for achieving the forecasted results, being fully compliant to the objectives of Operational Program "Innovation and Competitiveness" 2014 - 2020, the Innovative Strategy for Intelligent Specialization (ISIS) 2014 - 2020, the Strategy for development of Small and Medium Enterprises in Bulgaria, as well as the objectives of this current projects selection procedure.
