Implementation of an adaptive system to increase the capacity of A Data Pro for conversion of data streams in the production of knowledge-intensive products and services

A Data Pro offers solutions along the entire value-chain datagt;informationgt;analyses on the global knowledge processes outsourcing market. Traditionally the first segment has mostly ocurred in customers' web-based processing environment, thus driving lower technological investments, despite the fact that it accounts for over 30% of the overall turnover. Big Data and the speed of doing business in information-intensive sectors has increased the demand for complex end-to-end solutions (vs. partial outsourcing) and vendors are now expected to provide services using proprietary processing software systems. While our other segments already benefit from such, for data processing services A Data Pro still uses desktop file applications (MS Excel). Though this offers flexibility and speed in setting up new projects, it also leads to high production costs, more mistakes, low productivity, weak quality control and ineffective resource management. The lack of a universal tool for quick custom data processing project workflow creation and execution greatly impacts our competitiveness. This is why a key strategic priority is to procure a much needed technological solution in order to expand the data processing production capacity in our Veliko Tarnovo office where these activities are concentrated. The project will increasae the value-added of A Data Pro in the field of data processing which is provided both as a standalone service and as a component in other knowledge-intensive solutions. The strategic importance, expected integration with existing platforms and our experience will guarantee the success of the project and the sustainability of its results. We will achieve flexible, custom structuring of the data processing production process using a synchronized web access, parralel execution of tasks, automation for better use of our human potential through intelligence tasks (HITs), better quality, traceability and control of the production chain.
