Innovasys Ltd was created in 2005 and is specialisied in the system integration of information technologies as well as in the creation, development and deployment of IT and infrastructure solutions that contribute to the successful management of any business issues. With this project proposal Innovasys Ltd wants to buy and to put into operation new and more modern equipment. We foresee investments in tangible (Integrated module system, Developing servers, Backup server, Rack and UPS, Primary Disk array and Secondary Backup Disk array) and intangible (Virtualization software) assets. By the above-mentioned investments in equipment the company will improve its production capacity, its innovation and export potential. The project will improve the quality of the products and services we offer (dedicated server and software as a service), diversify the range of services (virtual IP-based telephone switchboards), reinforce the positions of the firm on the Bulgarian market, raise its export activities and improve its resource efficiency. With the current project proposal the positions of Innovasys Ltd as a leader in the development, integration and maintenance of software will be confirmed and its working capacity with clients will become wider.
