Increasing the competitiveness of "GAMMA CONSULT" through the introduction of highly specialized software and technological equipment

The main activity of "GAMMA CONSULT" is the development, implementation, training and support of software systems for hospitals and outpatient care. One of the main barriers to business is a constantly changing and increasing demands of customers for products and services and the need to ensure a large volume of assets to improve business processes. The overall project objective is to increase competitiveness of "GAMMA CONSULT" through the introduction of advanced technology and software, which will contribute to the strengthening and expansion of the company's national and increasing job opportunities in the international market. The project will include activities for optimizing the production process, resource efficiency and adding new features to the products through the purchase and installation of hardware and specialized software. As a result of the project implementation GAMMA CONSULT SD will be able to improve its existing products and services, which will strengthen its position as leading provider of IT solutions for the healthcare sector. The introduction of a modern system of HelpDesk interface in English, and options for incidents management, problems and changes, CMDB, escalation and maintenance of SLA agreements, integration and monitoring devices, remote access etc. will allow us to provide services for foreign customers abroad and enable participation in projects providing support services (Help Desk) and IT Service Management with contractors and partners from abroad. The project will include activities for publicity and visualization, technical and financial management of the project. With the implementation of the activities described above will increase production capacity and optimize process in the company and will bring services to the conformity with the new higher customer requirements.
