Improving the Production Capacity of Net-Surf.Net Ltd.

The project proposal is aimed at receiving financial grant aid by Net-Surf.Net Ltd. (provider of Internet and telecommunication services) for investments in tangible fixed assets related to the capacity expansion of existing business sites of the company. The project aims at achieving the following two main objectives - Increase production capacity and Enhancement of export potential of the candidate. Regarding the Target groups – the project will be implemented in two business sites - in Varshets and Montana (Northwestern Region), within the thematic area "Informatics and ICT" according to ISSS, and the project will include activities for introduction of new technologies for improvement of the resources effectiveness and efficiency in the production process. The project will be implemented in the code of economic activity according to NACE 2008 - 61.10 "Telecommunication services through fixed networks" and includes activities for improvement of production processes, activites for adding new features or for improvement of existing products or services and activities for introduction of new technologies for improvement of the resources effectiveness and efficiency in the production process. The expected results of the project are: – improving the Internet, TV and cloud services of the company; – increase in production capacity for Internet, TV and cloud services by 12%; – increase in the sales revenue (from Internet, TV and cloud services sales) of the company by 18% in the medium term; – achieving a 2,8% share of these services export in total revenue; – in the medium term to achieve 181,28% internal rate of return of the project; increase labour productivity by 15,07%; increase in the average revenue generated by exports by 25,20% and increase the efficiency of production costs by 16,25%.
