Improving the Production Capacity of R Consulting Ltd

The project proposal is aimed at obtaining grants from the "R Consulting" Ltd. (developing and offering software services) for investments in tangible and intangible fixed assets (delivery, assembly, installation, testing and commissioning of equipment and software platform, and acquisition of license rights to use utility model) related to the capacity expansion of existing business site. The project will be implemented within the existing business site in Montana (Northwestern Region) and includes the following activities: 1) Activities to improve production processes and 2) Activities for introduction of new technologies for improvement of the resources effectiveness and efficiency in the production process. The main objectives of the project are: Increasing production capacity and enhancing the export potential of the enterprise. The expected results of the project are: - Improving the competitiveness and market presence of the company; - Expanding the production capacity by about 500% for the existing Cloud Services; - Increase market share nationwide from 5% to 7% in the next 3-4 years - Reducing production costs per unit production/service by 13%; - Growth in revenues from sales of the company of about 90% in the medium term; - Reducing energy usage per unit of service by 30%; - Reduce the emission of harmful gases into the environment up to 90% - Internal rate of return of the project 15,16%; - Increase labor productivity by 68,55%; - Increase in the average revenue generated by exports 25,19% - Increasing the efficiency of production costs by 17,95%, In period of three years after project implementation.
