Developing management capacity of EMA Ltd. through the development and introduction of additional modules to existing management software - ERP system

"EMA" Ltd. was established in 1990 in Pleven and 1994 with main activity is import and distribution of paper and paper products. EMA Ltd. has established and maintains effective cooperation with a number of partners, traditionally invests significant resources to improving its products so that they meet the ever growing needs of its customers. In recent years, the company is growing rapidly, continuously improve the quality of their products and expand its markets at home and abroad. The main problems, constraints and challenges for the company are related to the need to constantly maintain a high quality of services and effective management of business processes. For their successful overcoming a draft includes the following activities eligible under the current procedure for selection of projects: 1. Develop and implement additional modules to specialized software for process management - ERP system. Need for the project activities are dictated entirely by the pursuit of EMA Ltd. to gain new market positions to achieve sustainable development and increased competitiveness. Now planned through this activity to achieve the following results: - Improve planning and overall management of the company's activities; optimization of all business processes in the enterprise; - Timely detection of problems and introduction of means and methods to avoid repeated mistakes; - Reduced costs by eliminating inefficient business processes; - Improving the system for organizing supplies - Increase the number of new customers of the company; - Increase revenues from sales of products offered as a direct result of attracting new customers. - Maintaining the confidence of customers; - Maintaining and expanding market positions in national and international scale; - Increasing the reputation of the company.
