Improving the management capacity into Velina-HM

"Velina-HM" Ltd. was established in 1994 under the name ET "Velina-Christo Marinchev." In 2005 ET "Velina-Christo MARINCHEV" was transformed into "Velina-HM" LTD. Activities carried out in its own production facility in the town Pleven. The company was founded by Hristo Marinchev in Pleven dynamically evolve and step by step consolidate his authority and positions. With the project "Improving the management capacity into Velina-HM" in the company will be internationally recognized standard for quality management ISO 9001: 2015 and Internet-based ERP system including module for waste management activities. The introduction of internationally recognized standard for quality management ISO 9001, will allow the company to improve the quality of subjecting products and services which meet the requirements of foreign customers, and will enable you to participate in a number of procurement for manufacturing clothing on demand, as well as to participate in international competitions. It mainly applies to the participation of the company in orders abroad as foreign clients necessarily require the presence of internationally recognized standard ensures that products and services will meet the required quality. The introduction of a working Internet-based ERP system including module waste management business - a software system for managing business processes in real time will allow to increase the management capacity of the company, as the same will cover a whole management of the company in consequence of which will take timely and quality management solutions. After the introduction of ISO 9001 and ERP system, the company's operations will be facilitated, improved and complemented by the possibility of making a larger volume of products (25% - 30% per year) for which the company has acted numerous inquiries from customers.
