The textile company CELEBRA Ltd. was established in 2004. The main activity is the production of women's clothing - coats, raincoats, jackets, trousers, skirts, shirts, dresses, tunics. Garment business is entirely in order. This project is synchronized and contributes to achieving the objective of the company to improve governance and achieve effective organization of work of CELEBRA Ltd. and enhancing the competitiveness of products and services by developing and implementing targeted to the needs of the company's management system processes (ERP system) and system quality management according to EN ISO 9001. The company is experiencing a serious need to improve their performance by increasing the productivity of workflow, optimize the cost of services / products and reduce the risk of mismanagement of available resources and information through improved business processes. The implementation of the two systems will lead to the realization of the following effects: 1) improved management of the overall business of the company and the overall presentation and in the occupied market segment; 2) improving the quality of services; 3) optimized customer relationships and expand customer base; 4) optimized costs and investments; 5) enhanced market positions of national and international market. Successful completion of the project is crucial for the company, since the systems will put the company in a more competitive position both domestically and in international markets.
