Developing management capacity of CELEBRA TEXTIL Ltd. through the development and implementation of management software ERP system

CELEBRA TEXTIL Ltd. was established in 2012. The company is positioned in sector with the main activity- production of women's clothing. The strategy of the company is consolidating its current market position in international markets, their expansion and improvement of our products. CELEBRA TEXTIL LTD handle a wide range of resources, suppliers, products, distributors and customers. Key challenges facing the company are: optimizing the cost of operations of the company; improving the sales process; a quality customer service; better cash management and financial reporting, human resources, manufacturing, warehousing, facilitating management in making key management decisions, timely costing, cost analysis and making appropriate management decisions, improve accountability. In the context of the so-formulated needs and company goals are envisaged under this project activities, namely: - Development and introduction of specialized software for process management in undertaking ERP system. The connection with that primary purpose of the procedure is as follows: • The project is directly aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprise by optimizing internal - corporate organization and processes, establishing a governance model and structure of the entire manufacturing and commercial activity that will enable development and successful market presence of the company. • The implementation of the management system will directly contribute to improving the planning and control of production and trade company. • The project will provide sustainable increase competitiveness by increasing the confidence of suppliers and customers, managing resources and activities as a single process.
