Developing management capacity of "Bulit Impex" LTD through the development and implementation of management software ERP system

"BULIT Impex" Ltd. was established in 1999 with main production Shoes- men and women slippers, sandals, slippers. The company has established and maintains effective cooperation with a number of partners, traditionally invests significant resources to improving its products so that they meet the ever growing needs of its customers. The main problems, constraints and challenges for the company are related to the need to constantly maintain a high quality production and effective management of business processes.
