Increasing the competitive advantages of Citro Ltd. by developing management capacity and growth.

The overall project objective is management capacity and growth development of Bulgarian SME's , including Citro Ltd., by providing specialized services and encouraging information and communication technologies and services (ICT) implementation. The specific project objectives include: - Introduction and certification of an integrated management system in compliance with the requirements of the international standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 22000: 2005, incl. investments in new equipment and specialized software. - Information resource management system implementation (ERP) at Citro Ltd., by developing and introducing an ICT based software, as well as providing the necessary computer equipment. The project objectives will be accomplished by realizing the activities: - Development and strengthening management capacity activities: 1)Introduction of an integrated management system in compliance with the international standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 22000:2005; 2)Certification of an integrated management system in compliance with the international standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 22000:2005; 3) Investment in new equipment and specialized software product, contributing a management system implementation. - Encouraging ICT implementation activities: 1) ERP development and introduction; 2) A purchase of a new equipment, necessary for ERP installation and implementation; - Information and publicity measures. The expected results are: introduced and working an integrated management system in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 22000:2005; acquired ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 22000:2005 certificates; ERP system implemented; product quality improved; optimized company's resources and business processes; new markets penetrated; organization innovations introduced in relation to quality, environment protection, food safety management, planning and organization; increased revenues.
