Developing the management capacity of DG CONSULT Ltd. by certificate on ISO standards and implementing ICT based software for managing of the business processes

DG CONSULT Ltd. has was established in 2010. The company's main activity is in consulting in information technologies sector .For the past years, the main focus is developing of software for project management. The company aims to meet the specific requirements and needs of it's clients and develop software conforming to specific needs. Due to the different goals of the projects, individual development takes too much time and man hours of work, which makes the production unprofitable process. In presents the company does not have the resources to adequately respond to constantly changing market demands. Information technology is one of the fastest growing areas, which defines a very short time for aging. This requires all the companies offering products in this sector to constantly maintain a high level of technology refresh and enrich the benefits of using the products and increasing quality. To evolve and adapt to dynamically changing business environment as a result of expressed in the global financial and economic crisis and to meet the needs and expectations of its customers and partners, DG CONSULT Ltd. recognizes the needs to increase the efficiency of management and optimizing operations. This project treats these challenges and has set as specific goals introduction and certification under international standard ISO 14001, and developing and implementation of control systems "Business Intelligence" /BI/ and the necessary hardware equipment; With the implementation of project activities, DG CONSULT Ltd. will achieve and improve the workflow, will save time and costs thanks to "Business Intelligence", will increase the management capacity, will enhance company's competitiveness, strengthening the prestige and credibility of the company;
