Acquisition and implementation of a resource management system (ERP) and re - certification to a system for environmental managements according to international ISO 14001:2015 in "Innovation BG" LTD.

The successful execution of this project proposal consists in the acquisition and implementation in "Innovation BG" Ltd. of a resource management system (ERP), which will allow the organization to manage effectively and efficiently its resources, including material, financial and human resources in a way that clearly increase the overall organizational level and improve the competitiveness of the company. In addition, the implementation of a management system according to standard ISO 14001: 2015 through re-certification (migration from ISO 14001:2004 to ISO 14001: 2015) will improve the quality of the provided services, ensure measures for environmental management and will improve the overall competitiveness of "Innovation BG"Ltd. As main activities of the project proposal are the implementation of a resource management system (ERP), services for implementation and certification of a system for environmental management, according to international standard ISO 14001:2015, implementation of new equipment for the operation of the ERP system, which will provide the necessary management of business processes and activities of the company and would secure positive outcomes for both "Innovation BG" Ltd. and its users that rely on products that the company produces and offers. The expected results are: -increased productivity; -regulation of processes and activities; -optimization of the usage of available resources and potential; -improving of the overall control over the operation; - Improving the company's image on national and worldwide image based on objective evidence of compliance with the internationally accepted management requirements; -access to markets requiring certification to ISO 14001:2015, especially in the international market; -positive effect as a whole in the marketing policy of the company.
