Developing the management capacity and growth of DIANID Ltd. through implementation of ISO 14001, developing and implementing ICT-based software for managing business processes / resources - Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) and a single management system for customer relationship (CRM);

DIANID Ltd. was established in 1994 with main activity import and manufacturing of energy saving lights. For the past few years the company's activity is production of a wide range of LED lighting over 9,000 products. Main focus is on signing contracts for construction, street lighting, parks, public and office buildings. Currently DIANID Ltd has wide range of energy-saving LED products and lightining. During the years DIANID Ltd. has invested its own funds in new production equipment to meet the rapidly changing technology, striving to be competitive in the design of products in the short term as and in the manufacture of various articles. To evolve and adapt to dynamically changing business environment as a result of expressed in global technological ICT globalization and to meet the needs and expectations of its customers and partners DIANID Ltd recognizes the need to increase management efficiency and optimize all the activities. The management of DIANID Ltd. aims simultaneously to increase the effectiveness of analysis, planning, implementation and control of all production levels and to improve the image of the organization with specifically taken responsibility for environment. Only like that the company will maintain its market share and will be able to attract new customers both in the local and international markets; This project treats these challenges and has set as specific goals - implementation and certification of management system under ISO 14001: 2015 standards, implementation of ICT systems, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and system for customer relationship management (CRM) and investment in new equipment; For the realization of the objectives in the project proposal, it is necessary all project activities to be successfully performed;
