LOOKING AHEAD

The implementation of project "LOOKING AHEAD" will lead directly to the development and strengthening of the management capacity and will increase the competitiveness and export potential of BRIGHT CONSULTING JSC, through the introduction and implementation of a system for environmental management and system for information technologies and management services and also by introducing and implementing an integrated system for management, planning and processing of client requests (CRM). The expected contribution of the project is linked directly to the improvement of the market presentation of the company, achievement of higher productivity, costs optimization and thus adding value at all levels of the organization. In regards with this, the project includes the realization of the following activities: 1) Activities for development and strengthening of the management capacity of the company through the introduction and certification of management system in accordance with the international standards ISO 14001 and ISO 20000-1; 2) Activities for promotion of the use of information and communication technologies and services through the acquisition and introduction of ICT based software for management of business processes; 3) Activities for promotion of the use of information and communication technologies and services through investments in new equipment and special software applications, which contribute to the introduction of ICT based software for management of business processes. The project will contribute to the implementation of organizational innovations in the company, as through the purchased and deployed fixed assets and provided specialized services will be introduced entirely new methods of organization in part of the business processes of the company.
