Developing management capacity of TAL Engineering Ltd.through the development and implementation of management software ERP system

TAL Engineering Ltd was founded in 1998 with headquarters in Sofia with main production of metal frames. The company has had and will continue its participation in major business projects in and outside the Balgariya.Druzhestvoto has established effective cooperation with a number of partners, traditionally dedicate significant resources to improving its products so as to meet the constantly growing needs to its customers. The main problems, constraints and challenges for the company are related to the need to constantly maintain a high quality production and effective management of business processes.
