Implementation of ERP system for growth and long-term development of the JLP Ltd.

"JLP" LTD was founded in 1991 with main activity production and sale of bread and bakery products. In 1991 the company's first manufacturing workshop for bread in Pomorie was opened, as well as the first company store. "JLP" LTD is a member of the Bulgarian Federation of Bakers and Confectioners since its establishement in 1993 and is a leading and well established company in Bourgas region and Eastern Bulgaria. Since 2003 the company has introduced new for our country technology for the production of frozen bread and buffet snacks and catering, under the concept "From freezer - in furnace", so only within 15 minutes fresh bakery products can be offered. Major customers of the company are: Metro Cash amp; Carry, Bolero LTD, Janet LTD, Bourgas Airport and many hotels in Black Sea resorts. The company has its own brand - bakeries "Zia". Currently in the Bourgas eight bakeries "Zia" are operating in areas: Slaveykov, Izgrev, Starata Poshta, etc. In 2007 the company has implemented a management software for production and financial processes and management of retail sales. Currently they are extremely inefficient, which requires the implementation of a comprehensive ERP system. That is basic idea of the current project - implementation of a single ERP system, including comprehensive service. We have planned the system to be developed specifically for the needs of our company and will include the following modules: Inventory management, Supply management, Sales management, Production management, Waste Management, Relations with customers and suppliers, Management of fixed assets management and financial accounting, HR Management, Monitoring and analysis of activity indicators.
