Developing management capacity of PANTELEY TOSHEV Ltd. through the development and implementation of management software ERP system

PANTELEY TOSHEV Ltd. was established in 1999 with main activity: Production of soft drinks, mineral waters and other bottled waters. The company has several high-tech equipped laboratories for product development and quality control, through which won the prestigious "Innovative Enterprise of 2012". In recent years, the company is growing rapidly, continuously improve the quality of their products and expand its markets at home and abroad. The main problems, constraints and challenges for the company are related to the need to constantly maintain a high quality production and effective management of business processes.
