Developing of the management capacity of BSH Ltd. by implementing management systems;

BSH Ltd. was established in the Sofia in 2000 and the main activity is provision and development of innovative IT solutions with added value to the companies in Bulgaria and abroad. BSH Ltd. is a leading Bulgarian IT company, offering a wide range of solutions and services in the field of programming and graphic design. Currently the company employs over 20 talented programmers and graphic designers, and the work of the design studio has received recognition of many Bulgarian and international professional forums. The company is one of the leaders in developing IT solution with Microsoft technologies and certified Microsoft Silver Certified Partner. To evolve and adapt to dynamically changing business environment as a result of expressed in global technological ICT globalization and to meet the needs and expectations of its customers and partners, BSH Ltd. recognizes the need to increase the efficiency of management and optimizing operations. The company aims to increase both the effectiveness of the analysis, planning, implementation and control of all units and to improve the image of the organization by specifically taken responsibility for environmental protection. Only so the company will maintain its market share and will be able to attract new clients, both local market and international markets. This project treats these challenges and has set as specific goals introduction and certification of management system in accordance with the international standard for environmental management ISO 14001 and introduction of ICT systems, system to improve customer relationship /CRM/. For the realization of the objectives necessary implementation of the activities set out in the proposal. The project will contribute to increasing competitiveness, sustainability and flexibility of BSH LTD.
