Development of management capacity and growth of "AS Systems" OOD

The project proposal is targeted at investment to achieve compliance between the company’s software products / services and the latest international standards and introduction of ICT-based integrated software system for managing business processes and other for internationalization of software products. Through implementation of the project an improved export potential will be achieved, increasing in competitiveness and market presence of the company. The project aims at achieving the following two main objectives: • Developing and strengthening the management capacity of "AS Systems" OOD in Bulgaria by supporting specialized services. • Achieving growth in domestic and foreign markets of the company by encouraging the use of information and communication technologies and services. Expected results: • Successfully implemented and certified management systems in accordance with the requirements of the international standards: Environmental Management System (BS EN ISO 14001) and Information security management system (BS EN ISO 27001) • Successfully re-certification Quality management system in accordance with International Standard (BS EN ISO 9001) and transition from version 2008 to 2015 • Successfully obtained and implemented 2 Intangible assets: ICT-based integrated software system for managing business processes and ICT-based software system for managing business processes of internationalization of software products • Successfully implemented organizational innovation • Improved 5 business processes: planning and decision making; organization of resources; provision of software and information services; implementation of these services and internationalization of company’s software products. These results will be achieved by carrying out activities for developing and strengthening the management capacity of the company and activities for promoting the use of information and communication technologies and services.
