"RnD Services" Ltd. is one of the fastest growing companies in Bulgaria in the field of conducting clinical trials. In just four years since its establishment, the company has 43 associates and carries out clinical trials with 1216 patients. Conducting of clinical trials requires the administration of large amounts of information and compliance with high level of data security. This requirements combined with the rapid growth of the company and the large amount of patients leads to slows the processes in the company. With the realization of the current project "R amp; D Services" Ltd. will implement ERP system for managing business processes that will optimize and automate all processes in the company and will help increase the competitiveness and sustainable growth in the national and European market. "R amp; D Services" Ltd will implement also system for environment management that will enhance and ensure the quality of services and limit the negative impact on the environment. Targets will be achieved through activity of implementation of ERP software for business process management and acquisition of 2 servers and activity of implementation and certification by Bulgarian State Standard EN ISO 14001. The result is expected to increase competitiveness and management capacity of the "R amp; D Services Ltd" and to ensure the sustainable growth in the national and European market.
