Management capacity development and establishing conditions for sustainable competitive growth and internationalization of GOPLER LTD.

This is an application of GOPLER Ltd., a software company founded in 2008 by the IT specialist Hristian Kostov. The company provides software development outsourcing and IT support services. The main markets are US and Britain. The financial results review a positive trend towards revenue and profit growth until 2013. In 2014 the company fell into crisis because of big client withdrawal. Old customer recommendations helped the owner to overcome the crisis. This situation, however, forced him to think how to reorganize the company and create conditions for sustainable growth in the future. At present, there are various serious challenges to the possibility for competitive and sustainable development of GOPLER Ltd: - Need to modernize the business management; - Need to create middle management level; - Improving the processes that create value; - Developing powerful company brand; - Professional marketing to promote the company achievements and benefits; - Establishing professional sales team; - Finding new sales channels; - Establishing people management process to easily find new people, motivate them to grow professionally and achieve high individual results. All the above listed challenges could be met by the means of the BG16RFOP002-2.002 call. The project scope includes: - Business process re-engineering; - Introducing quality and other standards that are appropriate for the software business; - Deployment of integrated software solution to manage the business processes with the help of the latest information technologies. The planned duration is 18 months. The project will take place in the city of Sofia.
