Optimization of business processes and improvement of management capacity of "TVT International" Ltd.

The company TVT International Ltd. was established in 2003. The main activity is the production of foil for manual and machine packaging and whose application is both for food and industrial industry. The company has production equipment for rewinding various types of packaging foils to parameters according to individual customer needs. The raw material is supplied by leading manufacturers of standard and special foil and for the previous year 2015 the amount of foil produced is 1537 tons. Thanks to its longstanding active presence in the market, the company has gained rich experience and knowledge, while at the same time does not stop learning, improving and continuously monitoring the latest trends in the packaging industry. However, the company faces difficulties in the processes of management and organization of activities in the enterprise, due to lack of reliable information system by which employees can retrieve the necessary data and information and to plan the work and tasks in a timely manner. In order to increase both the competitiveness and export potential of the company and to improve the market position on the domestic market within the project the company envisages implementation of a System for managing business processes and a System for reporting and business analysis and purchase of specialized equipment - workstations on which the systems to operate. These two systems will bring about an effective and efficient organization of the activity, as well as better planning, improved control and optimal use of resources in the enterprise. As a result of the successful implementation of the project activities the company will have precise and accurate reporting in the company at any time, reliability and accuracy of information, quick access to reports and analysis. The management capacity will be increased, and the speed, quality and transparency in making strategic medium- and short-term solutions is guaranteed.
