Strengthening the Management Capacity of Pirin Spring AD and Encouraging the Usage of Information and Communication Technologies and Services

Pirin Spring AD has started its activity in 2002 as a limited liability company registered under the Commerce Act. In 2006 the legal status of the company has been changed and since then it operates as a shareholding establishment with 100% private capital. Its main activity includes the exploitation and bottling of natural mineral water, known to Bulgarian consumers under the trade mark “Pirin Spring”. The company owns a municipal water use concession for water boreholes № 273, located in the village of Banichan, Gotse Delchev Municipality. Through the realization of this project the company plans to implement activities for improving its management capacity as well as activities for encouraging the usage of information and communication technologies and services. With this regard the project includes a specialized consultancy service for reengineering of the company’s processes and elaboration and introduction of an ERP system for resource management. The third basic project activity includes an investment in new equipment – a server system that is necessary and directly contributes to the introduction of the elaborated ERP system. The new server will enable the installation and maintenance of the developed software for resource management. Proposed activities will provide for achieving the project basic objective – to strengthen the management capacity of the company and to encourage its growth through: - Improving the resources organization, optimizing of the company’s production process as well as the process of market realization of its products; - Increasing the productivity with 33,25 % for the first 3 years after the project completion in comparison with its rate in 2015; - Enhancing the net incomes, including the export incomes with 36,35 % targeting the market in Ukraine.
