The implementation of "INFO PLUS” project will directly lead to increasing the competitiveness and the export potential of DAGA PLUS LTD. through the acquisition and the implementation of ICT-based software system for managing and organization of the resources, the production activity and the key business processes. The estimated contribution of the project is directly linked to improving the market penetration of the company, achieving higher productivity, as well as cost optimization and thus increasing the added value at all levels in the organization. In this regard, the project envisages the realization of the following key activities: 1) Activities to promote the use of information and communication technologies and services through acquisition and introduction of ICT-based software for managing the business processes in the company; 2) Activities to promote the use of information and communication technologies and services through investments in new equipment and application specific software that contribute to the introduction of ICT-based software for managing the business processes in the company. The project will contribute to the implementation of organizational innovations in the company in view of the fact that through the purchased and implemented fixed assets will be entirely implemented new methods of organization in part of the business processes of the company.
